Store Managers
As store manager at Lovejuice you'll be responsible for the overall operation and development of a store, its products and your team. You'll need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Three-four years experience in a management/supervisory role in a fast paced retail environment (food retail experience would be advantageous)
- A combination of commercial awareness and a hands-on approach
- Strong team development and management skills - ability to build and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Supplier management experience
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Ambition and ability to work under pressure
- Eagerness to help develop a new company

Supervisors
Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, its products and the team. Supervisors play a critical role in delivering the Lovejuice promise of fresh and delicious products. You'll need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Two years in a management/supervisory role in a fast paced retail environment (food retail experience would be advantageous)
- An eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment, enthusiasm and a friendly personality
- Team development and management skills
- Supplier management experience
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work under pressure

Juicers
As frontline staff Juicers play the most critical role in Lovejuice. You will be responsible for delivering the Lovejuice promise of fresh and delicious products. To be part of the team you'll need to have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced food retail environment
- An eagerness to learn
- Good communication and team work skills
- Commitment, enthusiasm and a friendly personality
- Customer focused service
